- Know the entertainment schedule, area events, and daily specials. Check incident log and shift assignments.
- Allocate waiter duties to koroga bandas, restaurant, special functions
- Should be able to take inventories of crockery, cutlery and furniture
- Should be able to work under pressure but with maximum efficiency
Minimum secondary level education (KCSE)
Experience of at least 2 years in a busy restaurant
Be between the ages of 35 to 45 years
