• The ideal candidates should have a strong background in their respective fields and extensive experience in designing and delivering professional training programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, case studies, and exercises.
• Design and facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Customize training programs to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards.
• Integrate practical case studies and real-life scenarios into training sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and assessments.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and incorporate relevant updates into training content.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, consultancy, or professional practice in the specified field.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs.
• Flexibility to work on a part-time or consultancy basis

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms
• Ease of Availability: Candidates should be readily available for training and consultancy engagements, with flexibility to work on a part-time basis as needed

Mode of Engagement

Successful consultants will be engaged whenever the training or consultancy opportunity becomes available. The consultant will be engaged on a part time basis for the duration of the training/consultancy assignment.
