RESPONSIBILITIES
• Training Content Development - Create and manage high-quality, client-focused training materials.
• Training Management - Customize courses, monitor quality, manage logistics, and evaluate feedback.
• Business Development - Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and build client relationships.
• Customer Service - Respond to inquiries, assist with
logistics, and enhance client satisfaction.
Education
Degree in M&E, Project Management, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
More Details on Experience
3+ years in curriculum development and training solutions.

Proven business development skills, including proposal writing.
• Expertise in training content development and quality assessment.
• Experience organizing physical and virtual events.
• Strong research, analytical, and TI skills (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Highlymotivated self-starter with a proactive approach.
