Bee-care Apiaries International Limited is a dynamic small & medium business located in Kiambu County Thika East Along Garissa Road in the food industry, we are looking for experienced Technical Production Supervisor to coordinate and oversee our production processes, you will guarantee that production remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing production workflows

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set Daily, weekly and Monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflows by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee, coach and motivate employees under your supervision
• Ensure safe use of equipment’s and schedule regular maintaince for production continuity
• Check production outputs according to customer specifications
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify inefficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employees on safe use of machinery and follow procedures
• Enforce strict safety adherence and company standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements
• Ensure conformity to all internal and international standards
• Ensure timely production and delivery of customer orders Maintain the factory machines and eliminate production downtimes 14.Design, develop and maintain workflow processes
• Contact machinery repairs and develop safety precautions 16.Advice top management on proposed new developments
• Eliminate waste in all productions processes and keep production records

• Have at least 3 years work experience in a similar field in a medium sized manufacturing management
• Knowledge or conversant with food safety standards or food science training is an added

• Be able to communicate fluently in English & Kiswahili
• Must poses good communication and negotiating skills
• Advanced Skills in MS office and competence in IT is mandatory requirement
• Must have organizational and leadership abilities
• Result driven and problem-solving skills
• Must poses analytical skills
• Be self-motivated, resilient, industrious and honest

• Must be willing to relocate and reside in a remote area in Thika East
• Be a Kenyan citizen with no criminal record (Certificate of Good conduct required)
