Department: Ops and Production

Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Tech Systems & Project Manager will lead the design, implementation, optimisation, and integration of technology systems across the business. This role combines technical systems oversight (ERP, manufacturing software, data analytics, automation tools), AI-driven automation initiatives, and data management leadership with cross-functional project delivery to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation within the beverage manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Quality teams to ensure systems are fit-for-purpose, projects are delivered on time and within budget, AI solutions are deployed effectively, and enterprise data is accurate, secure, and leveraged for strategic decision-making.

1. Technology Systems Management

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP, MRP, inventory, and production management systems.
• Lead technology upgrades and integration between departments (e.g., finance, production, sales, warehousing).
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and seamless workflow automation.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency, product traceability, and supply chain transparency.
• Manage system security, access controls, and compliance with company and regulatory policies.

2. AI Leadership & Automation

• Lead company-wide AI and machine learning projects to automate operational processes across functions (e.g., demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, quality control, supply chain optimisation).
• Develop and deploy AI-powered tools for real-time data insights and decision support.
• Partner with functional heads to identify automation opportunities and prioritise AI-driven initiatives.
• Oversee integration of AI systems with existing ERP, CRM, and manufacturing platforms.
• Monitor performance and continuously refine AI models for accuracy and relevance.

3. Data Management & Governance

• Oversee the management, security, and accessibility of the company’s Data Room for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead optimization of the company’s Data Warehouse and Data Lake for efficiency, scalability, and ease of access.
• Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Implement frameworks for data quality, version control, and lineage tracking.
• Ensure data systems support advanced analytics, BI dashboards, and AI initiatives.

4. Project Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor cross-functional projects, from concept through to delivery.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk management frameworks.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external vendors/partners.
• Track milestones and deliverables to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and deadline targets.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior leadership.

5. Process Improvement & Innovation

• Analyse operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and technology gaps.
• Implement process automation and data-driven decision-making tools.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Introduce digital dashboards for real-time monitoring of KPIs (e.g., OEE, downtime, inventory turnover).

6. Training & Change Management

• Lead training programs to ensure staff are confident and competent in using new systems.
• Support change management initiatives, promoting adoption and minimising disruption.
• Provide first-line technical and functional support for key business systems.

• 5+ years’ experience in technology systems management and/or project management in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite).-
• Demonstrated track record of leading AI or advanced analytics projects across all Company functions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain operations, and quality systems.
• Experience in managing enterprise data systems (Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, BI tools).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks.
• Excellent vendor management, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
