Reports to: Technical Manager Job Purpose: We are looking for highly organized candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ hands on experience in network administration or systems integration in a busy database management environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Administration: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot the company's network systems, ensuring stable and secure connectivity throughout the organization.

2. Systems Integration and Maintenance: Oversee systems integration processes, ensuring seamless interaction between various hardware and software components in a busy data management environment.

3. Database Management: Monitor and maintain enterprise databases, ensuring data integrity, availability, and regular backups to support business operations.

4. Control Room Operations: Monitor control room systems, responding promptly to alerts, and ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently.

5. System Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, manage user permissions, and ensure compliance with IT security standards and Chapter Six of the Constitution.

6. Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of network configurations, system updates, and incident reports. Regularly report system performance and any issues to the Technical Manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Network Uptime: Maintain network uptime at or above 99%, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

2. Incident Response Time: Achieve an average incident response time of less than 10 minutes for critical system issues reported from the control room.

3. System Integration Efficiency: Complete 95% of system integration tasks without causing disruptions to ongoing operations.

4. Database Performance and Reliability: Maintain database availability at 99.5% or above, with successful daily backups and recovery testing every quarter.

5. Compliance and Security Standards: Ensure 100% compliance with internal security policies and Chapter Six requirements, with no major security breaches.

6. Technical Support Resolution Rate: Resolve 90% of technical support requests within 24 hours, reducing system downtime and enhancing user satisfaction.

7. Documentation Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure all system documentation and reports are updated with 100% accuracy and submitted on or before scheduled deadlines.

• A minimum of least (3) hands on experience in network administration or systems integration in a busy data management environment.

• He/she should have proven knowledge on enterprise databases and computer applications

• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
