We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at a well-established luxury spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of wellness treatments and services. The Spa Manager will also play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, staff management, and customer service.
• Ensure the highest standards of wellness treatments and spa services are consistently delivered.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance, including revenue tracking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting spa environment that meets health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance service quality and ensure team collaboration.
• Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor spa equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.

• 3 or more years of experience in the spa or wellness industry, including supervisory or management roles.

• Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding health, safety, and sanitation regulations relevant to spa operations.
• Marketing Skills: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational issues.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services.
• Proficiency in scheduling and staff management software.
