We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge jobs website. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure and REST API services of our platform using Laravel framework.

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and designs.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance REST API services using Laravel framework.
• Implement and enhance features and functionalities of the jobs website back-end to meet business and user needs.
• Optimize database queries and improve system performance for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and UX/UI designers to integrate the back-end services with the user interface seamlessly.
• Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and manage the application in various environments.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Laravel development and REST API architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, preferably with a focus on Laravel framework and RESTful APIs.
• Strong proficiency in PHP programming language and extensive experience with Laravel framework.
• In-depth understanding of RESTful API architecture and best practices for designing and implementing APIs.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience working with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Proficient in version control systems such as Git and familiarity with collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SCSS) and frameworks (Vue.js, React) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
