Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a robust content strategy that aligns with overall brand goals.
- Plan and manage content calendars for diverse platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and oversee production of high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure consistent and visually appealing outputs.
Brand Development and Messaging:
- Define and maintain a unified brand voice and aesthetic across all content and platforms.
- Craft engaging copy that resonates with diverse audiences and supports marketing initiatives.
- Drive storytelling efforts to humanize the brand and connect with audiences on a deeper level.
Community Management and Engagement:
- Foster active engagement with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage community participation.

Analytics and Optimization:
- Use analytics tools to measure the performance of social media campaigns and content.

- Stay informed of the latest trends, technologies, and platform updates in social media and digital marketing.

Education
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or content marketing.
