Summary

Our client, a real estate Company in Kenya seeks to recruit a Sales Supervisor. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for executing the company’s effective sales and business growth strategy. In addition, they will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the sales team and will be required to direct the activities of all sales resources in the Company.

Our client has property in various parts of the country including Kitengela,
Isinya, Konza, Nakuru Mombasa, Thika, Limuru, Kiambu, etc. that the sales supervisor will be responsible for.

The company has three arms of business namely
1) Land selling
2) Property Management
3) Agency ( where we sell property on behalf of our clients)
The company's core business is in land selling 70%, 20% in agency, and 10% in Property management

We therefore would like someone who is strong in land selling!

Description

  • Full responsibility for the execution of the agreed sales and business growth strategy
  • Recruit, induct, train, and develop a highly effective sales team
  • Appraise and aggressively drive sales resource performance to ensure a high-performing team at all times
  • Direct the day-to-day sales activities of the company with a view to achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Closing sales and leases on properties.
  • Manage existing clients.
  • Conduct weekly and daily sales meetings and briefs to ensure all sales resources remain engaged and focused on achieving sales objectives
  • Develop relevant sales materials and tools to ensure that the company is able to effectively pitch.
  • Actively develop and execute effective strategies to engage employees on the ground to create awareness and uptake of Company products
  • Have a thorough understanding of Company products and services and the supporting policies and processes
  • Be able to articulate each product's core value proposition to the customer both verbally and in writing
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Company’s core target market

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a Business or Marketing field

More Details on Experience

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with selling and letting property will be preferred.
  • Should be age above 30 years

  • Presentable and with a good command of English with the ability to handle high-end clients
  • Proven ability to close sale deals and achieve targets
  • Aggressive with Good networking skills
  • Must display a high degree of emotional maturity to handle objections
  • Ability to multi-task and strong leadership.
