Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms
- Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Negotiate deals and support clients through the sales process up to closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property availability
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer experience teams to drive brand visibility and lead generation
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
More Details on Experience
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales, real estate sales, property management, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage
