Our client, Osho Grain Millers is recruiting a sales Manager (fmcg)

The Sales Manager in the FMCG industry is responsible for leading and coordinating sales activities, achieving sales targets, and managing a team of sales representatives to promote and sell the company's FMCG products. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.

Description

1.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals in alignment with the company's objectives.

2.Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, including setting performance targets and providing coaching and feedback.

3.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

4.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors to enhance sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

5.Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends and ensure optimal inventory levels.

6.Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, allocating resources effectively to meet sales targets.

7.Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics and insights, to senior management.

8.Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities and product launches.

9.Sales Training: Continuously train and develop the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

10.Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG industry. With at least 3 years in a similar position
