They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of four years' experience in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive products, excellent sales skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, promoting our products, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Description

 

  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the automotive market.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, dealers, and partners.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
    • Prepare and present tailored product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Customer Support:

    • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and effectively.
    • Manage and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Reporting:

    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
    • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the Sales Manager.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Stay up-to-date on automotive products, industry innovations, and company offerings.
    • Effectively communicate product specifications, advantages, and benefits to clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing Sales:

    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals.
    • Follow through on post-sale processes to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

 

Education

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
