We are looking for a compassionate and experienced lactation support assistant to communicate with mothers on WhatsApp, Email and other social media platforms, guide them through our product offering in a responsible way, and coordinate smooth home deliveries.
This is not a typical sales role. It is a care focused role where empathy, trust, and reliability matter most.

Description
• Respond to customer enquiries in a warm, respectful, and reassuring tone
• Understand customer needs and guide them appropriately without giving medical advice
• Confirm orders clearly and record them accurately
• Coordinate with delivery team to ensure timely home delivery
• Send proactive updates to customers about their orders
• Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction
• Differentiate when to advise a customer to seek specialist advice.
• Maintain clear records of orders and customer interactions
Education
More Details on Experience
• Experience as a lactation support assistant or in a closely related maternal support role
• Strong empathy and ability to communicate with mothers in a calm and supportive way
• Excellent written communication in English and Kiswahili
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Email and Social Media for customer communication
• Highly reliable, organized and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage customer conversations with confidentiality and respect
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
