Our client an established building materials supplier in the country is looking for a Sales Administrator.
Salary 45,000-60,000.(TBC)
Purpose
Providing administrative support to the sales department in executing their mandate.
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Data analysis
- Monitoring sales KPIs and computing commissions for the sales teams for approval by sales management.
- Supporting sales process compliance
- Onboarding of sales staff.
- Driving software use within the department.
- Maintaining and updating customer and sales records
- Compiling periodical sales reports.
- Administrative role in the sales budget.
- Working with collaborative tools.
- Monitoring sales KPIs and computing commissions for the sales teams for approval by sales management
- automating business processes
- creating dashboards
- Training users whether existing or new
- staying on top of the technology platform updates
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
A Relevant Business Degree
More Details on Experience
- At least 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C working environments.
- Experience managing databases.
- Experience supporting a team of over 30 field sales teams in B2C and B2B.
- Experience supporting sales and marketing activation teams.
- Experience working with industry software.
- Experience driving software usage.
