The Opportunity

• Drive Profitability: Take full ownership of sales targets. Use creative merchandising, upselling strategies, and inventory management to maximize daily revenue and minimize waste.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team. We believe in a relaxed culture, but we expect high performance. You’ll set the tone for customer service and sales hustle.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily opening/closing, stock replenishment, and vendor deliveries. Ensure the market is always "photo-ready" and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Vendor Relations: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure we have the best fresh produce and artisanal goods at the best price points.
• Customer Experience: Maintain the vibrant community feel of the Market while ensuring every interaction is geared toward building loyalty and increasing basket size.

• Experienced: 4+ years in retail or hospitality management (food/market experience is a major plus)
