Job Summary
The Restaurant Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing and tracking marketing programs that increase brand exposure and restaurant sales. The incumbent will require a thorough understanding of the business, come up with a marketing strategy, and will become the Brand Ambassador for Indaxe Steakhouse.

Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to the directors, restaurant management and staff.
- Partner with the directors to plan and execute sales building activities that will build relationships, which will increase customer count.
- Deploy web, social media, email and other communications effectively with corporate support team.
- Establish goodwill and build relationships within the community and the restaurant’s overall food concept.
- Identify and capitalize on strategic partners that complement the restaurant brand
- Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with the restaurant
- Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs
- Must clearly be able to demonstrate growth in sales as a result of marketing efforts
- Assists and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned
Education
Bachelors Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales,Marketing, or similar discipline.
More Details on Experience
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or Advertising with a demonstrated track record of driving results.
- Prior familiarity with Kilimani and Hurlingham and surrounding environs.
- Industry experience in marketing restaurant concepts is an added advantage
- Must be creative and innovative with marketing approaches
- Proficient in Windows Office, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- Experience in online marketing with particular interest on social media.
