We are looking for a RECRUITMENT AGENT who will be responsible for providing effective and efficient Talent aligned with organizational strategic goals.

Key responsibilities & deliverables;
i. Post current openings on JIJI and various recruitment sites
ii. Prepare Job description of various Job Opening
iii. Carry out initial shortlist for interview
iv. Schedule interview, call potential candidates for interviews
v. Send offer letters and regrets to candidates
vi. Keep an eye on current talent pool and available talent for hiring
vii. Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Work experience in a similar field will be an added advantage

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion with minimum supervision
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Must have strong attention to detail,
• Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver with a “can-do” attitude
