The Office of the CEO is looking for a Project Management Intern to assist with departmental projects and initiatives support within the organization
Description
- Support in managing internal departmental and interdepartmental organizational projects and initiatives
- Client and stakeholder support through taking points, actions, and decision log preparation for specified clients and stakeholders
- Oversee department document management system ensuring organizational set standards are adhered to and the department is consistently kept updated on relevant key issues affecting its operations
- Offer administrative support to the CEO whenever called upon on key areas including scheduling and meetings managing
- Moderate research work on productivity templates, a wide variety of reading materials, and software applications from time to time
- Review and create and/or maintain departmental workflows to drive effectiveness
- Preparation of Actions and Decisions log CEO’s meetings
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management
- Relevant Project Management Certification will be an added advantage
More Details on Experience
- Previous internship experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
