Reports To: School Principal
The Teacher will be responsible for delivering well planned, engaging, and
leamer -centered teaching that addresses the academic, skill and developmental needs of the leamers. The successful candidate will uphold the school's values, maintain high professional standards, and contribute actively to the overall growth and success of the school
Description
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with curriculum needs
- Assess, record, and report on student progress with timely feedback
- Support extra-curricular activities
- Maintain an organized, safe, positive classroom environment
- Differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs
- Integrate technology into teaching, learning, and assessment
- Foster supportive teacher-learner relationships
- Participate in staff meetings and capacity development programmes
- Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and leadership initiative
- Perform other professional duties as assigned
Education
- Education: Professional Teacher Education (P.T.E) / Diploma / Degree in Primary Education
- Practice: Valid Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Registration
More Details on Experience
- Minimum Experience: 3 years
- Experience Combination: Kiswahili/English/Creative Arts, or English/Kiswahili/IRE
- Additional Advantage: Competence in co-curricular activities
