Description
Reporting to the Parts Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate in procurement and supply of open market vehicle parts.
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
- Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data through use of the ERP system.
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
- Work with team members and parts manager to complete duties as needed
Education
Diploma
Cpsp Certification
- A Diploma in Business, Purchasing and Supplies Management or related field.
- CPSP certification will be an added advantage.
More Details on Experience
Two (2) years’ relevant experience.

Excellent sales, negotiation, planning, organization, problem solving and communication skills.
