Summary

We are looking for a qualified office administrator

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

 Work is entirely ofice-based.

Description

Strategy and Policy

  1. Participate in the development of an individual Work plan; and
  2. Implement Individual Work plan.

 

Business Development

  1. Participate in the identification of Business opportunities;
  2. Participate in the preparation of a responsive expression of interest and technical proposal by formating according to the approved template and printing.
  3. As the first point of contact, ensure that the customers receive the best customer experience without delay; and
  4. Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with key stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, business partners, beneficiaries, community, etc.

 

Contract & Service Management

  1. Provide Secretarial duties to the head of department during the implementation of Human Resource Policies and Procedures; and
  2. Carrying out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

Human Resource and Performance Management

  1. Supervision and monitoring of the work of clerical and administrative staff;
  2. Coordinating and maintaining the appointment register for the Managing Director and Unit directors while ensuring effective and orderly bookings for all meetings; and
  3. Receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries, and managing outgoing mail.

 

Financials Resource Planning and Management

  1. Participate in the preparation of Payroll and taxes; and
  2. Accountability of Imprest.

 

Quality Management Systems

  1. Participate in the review of the Quality Management System to guarantee quality service delivery to clients;
  2. Participate in the review of the departmental risk Assessment; and
  3. Compliance with QMS requirements, including the filling of checklists for all work done.

Education

  • Diploma in a relevant field;

More Details on Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience; and
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  •  Age 30 years to 40 Years
