Our client, a Food and Beverages processing company in the FMCG industry, is recruiting a Marketing Manager, who will play a crucial role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies according to aligned overall company goals and objectives aiming at accelerating growth. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong passion for building loved and trusted brand and an understanding of the unique dynamics inherent in our industry. You will be a key driver of brand success, with the ability to drive brand excellence and consistency across the organization.

Description

  • Strategic Brand and Marketing Leadership: Responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive brand, trade and customer marketing strategies across our portfolio to deliver our business objectives.
  • Trade Marketing: Understanding our consumer profiles, and customers’ needs leading to designing and executing trade activities that maximize value for both the company and the customers.
  • Market Intelligence & Innovation: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and gather insights for innovative brand strategies. Drive the conception and implementation of innovative initiatives to keep the brand at the forefront of market trends and consumer expectations.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence across online platforms and engage with the digital audience effectively.
  • Budget Oversight: Take responsibility for the overall budget allocation and utilization for marketing-related activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership and all key stakeholders to align brand strategies with business objectives and foster a cohesive organizational identity.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and vision to the marketing team by developing long term and annual plans and evaluating and reporting of progress on strategies. Driving focus on performance priorities and be the engine for seeking and delivering business improvements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.

  • 10 years marketing experience with proven senior-level experience, 5 plus years in brand, customer or trade marketing.
