Kingforce Security Services Ltd is seeking to hire marketers who will be responsible for working with other marketing staff to develop unique campaign ideas to market the company’s services and overall brand identity.

• Finding new clients and advertising the services offered by the company
• Preparation and formulation of marketing plan for the company
• Promoting company`s servicesgeneration of new profitable business for the company
• Participate in debt collection for any allocated accounts
• Monitor service levels for customers and give feed back to operations director
• Ensure allnew clients sign service contracts before commencement of services
• Participate in customer visits as per customer service policy
• Be responsible for managing the existing customer base

• 3- 5 years progressive Sales experience within Security Industry.
• Field sales experience particularly selling Guarding services
• Valid Kenyan driving license
• Good knowledge of security services pricing
• Excellent knowledge of winning strategies within the security services industry
• Rich client database that can quickly be plugged in will be a definite advantage
• Must have a demonstrated track record of success in sales

• Must be able to take a proactive position in understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent report writing skill
