Beryl Creek School is a newly established institution and we are seeking passionate, qualified, and highly motivated Kindergarten Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will inspire and engage young learners, foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support the holistic development of every child. 

Description

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging lesson plans aligned with the kindergarten curriculum.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children aged (18 months -5 years)
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and play-based activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Observe and document children's progress, addressing individual learning needs.
  • Maintain classroom organization and manage student behavior effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members on school events, projects, and initiatives.

Education

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or certificate in Elementary Education, a Bachelor's degree will be an added advantage.
  • Teaching certification.
  • Must be TSC Registered.
  • Must have prior training and certification in CBC.
  • Knowledge of any foreign language is an added advantage.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is an added advantage.

More Details on Experience

  • Minimum Three years of teaching experience with children in early years education.
  • Montessori experience is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement age-appropriate teaching strategies.
  • Proficiency in Technology and modern teaching techniques.

  • Capacity to adapt lesson plans and activities to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying school policies and curricula.
  • High levels of empathy, patience, and interpersonal communication.

  • Conflict resolution and collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Creativity in designing learning activities and classroom materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
