About Us: Puritan Insurance Agency Ltd is an IRA-licensed insurance agency based in Nairobi, providing premium corporate and retail risk solutions across Kenya. To scale our commercial accounts division, we're seeking a dedicated Insurance Officer to join our permanent staff.
The Role: As a direct employee of Puritan Insurance Agency Ltd, you will drive growth across our general insurance products under the Puritan brand, with a specific focus on WIBA, Marine Cargo Insurance and Corporate Bonds (Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, and Customs Bonds).

Description
Key Responsibilities;
• Corporate Prospecting: Identify and approach contractors, logistics firms, and corporate entities across Kenya to sell Puritan's insurance products.
• Technical Presentation: Review client tender documents to identify bond requirements and present structured Marine Open Cover solutions under the Puritan brand.
• Relationship Management: Manage the end-to-end relationship between clients and our partner insurance companies & Govt regulatory agencies such as KRA, ensuring fast turnaround on certificates.
Education
Licensing: A valid Certificate of Proficiency (COP) from the College of Insurance (COI), Kenya.
More Details on Experience
Experience: At least 1–2 years handling commercial insurance lines, with an understanding of WIBA, Marine and Bond underwriting processes.
