Summary

Regenesys Business School is searching for an ideal candidate to fill the role of The Head of Corporate Education who will be responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts for the business school’s corporate education programs. This individual will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, foster strong relationships with corporate clients, and enhance Regenesys Business School’s reputation as a leader in executive education.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets for corporate education programs.
    • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities to inform strategic planning.
    • Collaborate with the Director and other senior leaders to align sales strategies with the overall mission and goals of the business school.
  2. Sales Leadership:
    • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Set performance goals and KPIs for the sales team and monitor progress against
    • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on achieving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored education solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business and renew existing contracts.
  1. Program Development and Customization:
    • Develop and customize corporate education programs that meet the specific needs of clients.
    • Ensure that programs are relevant, innovative, and aligned with industry trends and client requirements.
    • Oversee the delivery of corporate education programs, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
  1. Marketing and Business Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote corporate education programs.
    • Attend industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  1. Budget and Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the corporate education sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability and return on investment

Education

  • Master's degree in a related field is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Education or a related is required.

More Details on Experience

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within corporate education, executive education, or a related industry.
  • Education sales is an added advantage.
