Tourlast is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with Kenyan tax laws and International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS). The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting, tax consultancy, payroll, NSSF, NHIF/SHIF, PAYE,, and financial reporting, using tools like QuickBooks, Wingubox, Myworkday, etc.

Location: Westlands, Nairobi

Salary: Starting at Ksh 40,000/month

Work Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, First Shift

• Process all expenditures and maintain accurate financial records with proper documentation.
• Ensure all revenue is accounted for and prepare/maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
• Oversee payroll processing and statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, NSSF, NHIF).
• Perform bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and ensure tax compliance.
• Provide outsourced accounting/bookkeeping services, including daily accounting, financial record-keeping, and transaction monitoring.
• Generate monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Perform financial analysis for informed decision-making and cost-saving strategies.
• Conduct audits (internal/external) and prepare management accounts.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks, Wingubox, Myworkday.
• Strong understanding of Kenyan tax laws and IFRS.

• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

 Office-based role in Westlands, Nairobi.
