Our client is seeking a Finance Intern with prior experience in debt collection firms to join their team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your skills in a practical setting, gain valuable experience, and contribute to their financial operations.

• Debt Collection Support: Assist in contacting debtors, sending demand letters, and coordinating field visits to ensure timely debt recovery.
• Account Reconciliation: Aid in reconciling customer accounts and formulating strategies for effective debt recovery.
• Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for both internal and external cases.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients through calls and messages to facilitate payments and address any queries related to their accounts.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on debt collection activities, including performance metrics and status updates.
• Administrative Tasks: Support the finance team with various administrative duties as needed, ensuring smooth financial operations.

• Prior internship or work experience in a debt collection firm is an addded advantage.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity: High ethical standards and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
