Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic agri-processing environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in commerce with a focus on finance and business operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities that alleviate the CEO’s workload, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Description

  • Executive Support:
    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Operational and Business Support:
    • Assist with planning and executing operational projects and business initiatives.
    • Coordinate and liaise with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Oversee the organization and preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Financial Administration:
    • Support finance-related activities including budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial analysis.
    • Liaise with the finance team to prepare financial documents and reports.
    • Assist in managing vendor relationships and processing invoices.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the CEO.
    • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring all information is secure and up-to-date.
    • Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

More Details on Experience

  • A minimum of one year experience as an Executive assistant.
  • Demonstrated experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong understanding of finance and business operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Terms And Conditions

Work Hours:

  • Minimum of 40 hours per week, with a probability of working up to 60 hours per week during peak business periods.

  • This role is critical to ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
  • While the primary focus is on executive support, the role demands a robust understanding of business and finance to drive operational success within the organization.
  • The Executive Assistant will be mentored to grow to a position of General Manager of Satima Farm House.
