- Should have knowledge in either Indian cuisine or Chinese cuisine or both
- Candidates with knowledge in both above cuisines will have an added advantage
- Be able to prepare dishes as per customers request
- Should be able take inventory of all food ingredients and other apparatus
- Be able to prepare and plan menus for outside catering and as well as inhouse catering
