We are looking to hire Business Development Managers for the following regions; Nairobi, Mombasa, Rift Valley, Central region and Arusha, who will be reporting to the Fast Food Sales Manager and will be responsible for business expansion through creation of new customers and also growing existing customer accounts.


  • Exceed budgeted growth in volume and revenues by developing new sales opportunities and increasing sales in existing accounts.
  • Optimising the delivery RTM and route plans that ensures high customer service levels and delivery efficiencies.
  • Responsible for excellent customer relationships and experience to drive loyalty.
  • Training the customers and the team on product usage and preparation
  • Ensuring compliance with trading terms and maximizing collections.
  • Growing market share and ensuring competition is managed.
  • Team management and performance management to ensure a motivated, agile, and productive workforce.
  • Planning and executing trade marketing initiatives for new consumer recruitments.
  • Trade and consumer insights management.
  • Managing selling and operational costs within the assigned areas.


  • Degree in a business related field is required.

More Details on Experience

  • Minimum 5 years selling experience in a fast paced FMGG managing general trade tiers, stockists and institutions.

  • Ability to deliver through the team and develop them.
  • Good in organisation and planning.
  • Valid Driving Licence
