A Mombasa based Tea export company is looking for a Blending Assistant with at least 3 years experience.
Description
The successful candidate will be reporting to the person in charge of Blending process and will be involved in confirming the right teas for blend, actual blending of teas, proper packaging of teas, hygiene of the blending area, supervise manpower in the blending area, prepare blend reports in accordance with Food Safety Management System, ISO 22000:2018.
Education
- Diploma in warehousing or related field

Training in food safety management system

- A minimum of 3 years work experience in tea blending

Ability to identify problems, concerns and generate ideas for improvement within the Food Safety Management System, ISO 22000:2018.
