About the Role

TalentAris is hiring a motivated and performance-driven B2B Outbound Sales Team Leader on behalf of its client. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, supervising, coaching, and driving a team of B2B Outbound Sales Agents handling international sales and lead generation campaigns.

The Team Leader will ensure that agents conduct high-volume outbound calls, engage business decision-makers professionally, qualify prospects accurately, handle objections effectively, update CRM records correctly, and meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

This role requires a confident and disciplined leader with strong outbound sales experience, excellent communication skills, coaching ability, performance management skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced call center or BPO environment.

Description

* Supervise and manage a team of B2B Outbound Sales Agents.
* Drive daily, weekly, and monthly team performance against agreed campaign targets.
* Monitor outbound call activity, contact rate, qualified leads, appointments, transfers, submissions, conversions, and overall productivity.
* Ensure agents identify and engage business owners, managers, and decision-makers professionally.
* Coach agents on sales conversations, rapport building, objection handling, persuasion, and consultative selling.
* Support agents in understanding campaign value propositions and presenting them clearly to prospects.
* Conduct regular team briefings, coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback meetings.
* Monitor call quality and ensure agents follow approved scripts, compliance requirements, data protection standards, and client-specific procedures.
* Review CRM records to ensure accurate customer information, call outcomes, follow-up notes, and lead status updates.
* Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans where necessary.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
* Support onboarding and training of new agents in collaboration with trainers and management.
* Maintain a positive, disciplined, energetic, and target-driven team environment.
* Escalate operational, technical, customer, compliance, or performance issues to the relevant manager or department.
* Ensure agents maintain professionalism, resilience, confidence, and emotional intelligence during customer interactions.
* Promote accountability, teamwork, consistency, and continuous improvement across the team.

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will be measured against agreed team and campaign targets, including:

* Team outbound calls made per day.
* Team contact rate.
* Qualified leads generated.
* Appointments set or transfers completed.
* Conversion rate.
* Valid submissions or sales generated, where applicable.
* Revenue generated, where applicable.
* CRM data accuracy.
* Call quality and compliance scores.
* Agent attendance, punctuality, and productivity.

Education

  • A minimum Diploma in Customer Service, Communication, Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

More Details on Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, call center operations, BPO, customer service, or a related environment.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Sales Agent, Quality Analyst, Trainer, or in a similar leadership role.
  • English proficiency at C1 level, both spoken and written.
  • Strong B2B outbound sales, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and manage agents in a target-driven environment.
  • Good understanding of call center KPIs, including calls made, contact rate, qualified leads, appointments, conversion rate, CRM accuracy, and call quality.
  • Strong reporting, performance tracking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Experience using CRM systems, dialers, call center platforms, or reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ability to handle pressure, resolve issues quickly, and maintain professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading B2B sales campaigns.
  • Experience in international outbound campaigns targeting markets such as Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, or similar markets.
  • Experience in utility, energy, telecom, merchant services, business services, or cost-reduction campaigns.
  • Proven track record of achieving team sales, appointment-setting, lead generation, or conversion targets.
  • Previous BPO or international call center leadership experience.
  • Experience conducting coaching, quality monitoring, and performance improvement plans
